Ingredients:
– 1 can (28 ounces) whole tomatoes with juice
– 2 cans (10 ounces each) Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
– 1/4 cup chopped onion
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 whole jalapeño, quartered and sliced thin
– 1/4 teaspoon sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1/2 cup cilantro (more to taste!)
– Juice of 1/2 lime
Directions:
1. Combine Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine whole tomatoes, Rotel, chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced jalapeño, sugar, salt, ground cumin, lime juice, and cilantro.
