2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup salsa (your favorite kind!)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and black pepper, to taste
10 small flour or corn tortillas (gluten-free option available)
Olive oil or cooking spray for brushing
Instructions:
