    Baked Cod Fillets with Fresh Parsley & Zesty Lemon

     

     

    This Baked Cod with Parsley and Lemon is a light, flavorful dish that brings out the freshness of cod fillets with zesty lemon and aromatic parsley. With a quick prep and bake time, it’s perfect for busy evenings yet feels gourmet. A drizzle of olive oil and a hint of garlic add richness, while baking ensures the fish stays tender.     Ingredients:

    4 fresh cod fillets

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Juice of 1 lemon

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    Fresh parsley, chopped

    Salt & pepper to taste

    Instructions:
