    This Baked Cod with Parsley and Lemon is a light, flavorful dish that brings out the freshness of cod fillets with zesty lemon and aromatic parsley.     Ingredients:

    4 fresh cod fillets

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Juice of 1 lemon

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    Fresh parsley, chopped

    Salt & pepper to taste
