Ingredients (Serves 4):
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Lay each tortilla flat. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush generously over the wraps.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
