Quick and Delicious Flank Steak Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
– 1 cup sliced bell peppers
– 1 cup sliced onions
– 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 2 green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp cornstarch
– 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce:
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
– 3 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tsp ginger
– 1 clove minced garlic
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate thinly sliced flank steak with soy sauce and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
