    Dive into the delicious world of Mac n Cheese Balls!

    These golden bites are the perfect blend of creamy macaroni and gooey cheese, guaranteed to make your taste buds dance!

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups cooked macaroni
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 cups breadcrumbs
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • Oil for frying

     

    Directions:

    . In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth, creating a roux.
    . Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
    . Add shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is fully melted.
    . Combine the cheese sauce with cooked macaroni, mixing well. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    . Shape the chilled mac n cheese mixture into balls.
    . Dip each ball into beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
    . Heat oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry the mac n cheese balls until golden brown.
    . Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
    Serve these crispy and cheesy delights immediately for the ultimate indulgence!
