    INGREDIENTS:

    • 250 g of cabbage
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 3 tablespoons of heavy cream
    • 3 tablespoons of flour
    • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
    • 2 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese

     

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    Let’s get started by 250 g of cabbage, Cut it into very thin strips.

    Grate a carrot with the help of a grater and add the carrot and saute.

    Add one bell pepper together with the carrot and saute again.

    Now in a bowl put four eggs, one pinch of salt, three tablespoons of heavy cream, three tablespoons of flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder, and stir to combine.

    To continue, add the cabbage we cut in the pan, then, pour all this mixture into the frying pan, and stir it with the other ingredients.

    Next, add a pinch of salt. Cover and fry it for 3 minutes.

    To finish, add grated mozzarella cheese and cover it again until the cheese is
    completely melted.

    And the recipe is ready .
