    Easy Low Carb Salmon Patties

    3. Form patties: Using clean hands, shape the mixture into 2–2 1/2 inch patties, about 1/2 inch thick. You’ll get 10–12 patties depending on size.
    4. Cook patties: Heat a skillet over medium heat with a light coating of oil. Fry patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp. Adjust heat to avoid burning.
    5. Drain & store: Transfer cooked patties to a paper towel-lined plate. Cool slightly, then store in a container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or enjoy cold.
