    Creamy No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

    This no-bake Oreo cheesecake is the perfect dessert if you’re looking for something creamy, elegant, and incredibly easy to make. With a crunchy Oreo cookie base, a smooth filling of cream cheese and whipped cream, Oreo pieces, and an irresistible milk chocolate fudge topping, this cake is guaranteed to be a hit at parties, celebrations, New Year’s, or family gatherings. It requires no oven, can be prepared in advance, and has an ultra-creamy and stable texture, making it ideal even for beginners.

    Ingredients:

    Oreo Cookie Base
    300g Oreo cookies (with or without filling)
    80g melted butter

    No-Bake Cheesecake Filling
    500g cream cheese (at room temperature)
    200ml heavy cream (min. 35% fat, very cold)
    100g icing sugar
    10g unflavored gelatin (hydrated in 50ml cold water)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    12 Oreo cookies, chopped

    Milk Chocolate Fudge
    200g milk chocolate
    100ml heavy cream
    10g butter

    Decoration
    200ml heavy cream (very cold)
    2 tbsp icing sugar
    Oreo Cookies
    Oreo Crumbs

    Preparation:

    Crush the Oreo cookies into a fine powder.
    Mix with the melted butter until well combined.

    Place in a 22cm springform pan lined with parchment paper.
    Press firmly and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Hydrate the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes and gently dissolve it (do not boil).
    Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    Add the heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
    Incorporate the gelatin in a thin stream, beating constantly.
    Add the chopped Oreos and mix with a spatula.
    Pour over the crust and smooth the top.
    Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

    Heat the cream until almost boiling.
    Pour over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
    Mix until smooth, add the butter, and stir until glossy.
    Let cool slightly and pour over the chilled cheesecake.
    Refrigerate for another hour.

    Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Decorate using a piping bag and a 1M star tip.
    Add Oreo cookies and sprinkle crumbs on top.
