    Christmas Chicken Parmesan Stuffed Shells

    Indulge in the ultimate holiday comfort food! These Christmas Chicken Parmesan Stuffed Shells are packed with tender chicken, creamy ricotta, fresh spinach, and melty mozzarella, all nestled in rich marinara sauce.     Ingredients:

    20 jumbo pasta shells
    2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or finely chopped
    2 cups ricotta cheese
    2 cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
    1 cup grated Parmesan (divided)
    2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
    2 eggs
    3 cups marinara sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or blend)
    1 tsp onion powder (optional)
    Salt & pepper, to taste
    Optional Holiday Touch:
    Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
    Extra Parmesan for topping

    Directions:

    Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook jumbo shells until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.

    Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan, chopped spinach, eggs, garlic, Italian herbs, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

    Stuff the Shells: Fill each cooked shell with the chicken-cheese mixture and arrange seam-side up in the baking dish.

    Add Sauce & Cheese: Pour marinara evenly over shells. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

    Bake: Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 more minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.

    Garnish & Serve: Let cool slightly. Top with fresh basil or parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm for a festive feast!
