    Garlic Butter Lemon Salmon

    This Garlic Butter Lemon Salmon is a quick, healthy skillet dinner bursting with bold flavor. Perfectly seared salmon fillets are smothered in a rich lemon garlic butter sauce that’s bright, savory, and ready in just 20 minutes.     Ingredients:

    4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
    3 tbsp unsalted butter
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    Juice of 1 lemon
    Zest of 1 lemon
    2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
    Lemon slices, for garnish
    Optional: ½ tsp chili flakes for heat

    Directions:

    Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy outside while remaining tender and flaky inside.

    Lower heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, creating a rich garlic butter base.

    Pour in lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh parsley. Let the sauce simmer for 30 seconds, infusing the butter with bright citrus flavor.

    Return salmon to the skillet and spoon the lemon garlic butter sauce over each fillet. Simmer for 1–2 minutes to lock in moisture and flavor.

    Garnish with fresh lemon slices and extra parsley. Serve with rice, roasted potatoes, or steamed vegetables for a complete, satisfying meal.
