450g light green melts or green chocolate chips

1–2 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (optional, for thinning)

How to Make Grinch Oreo Truffles
Step 1 — Crush the Oreos

Add Golden Oreos to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
(Or crush in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.)

Step 2 — Mix Cheesecake Dough

Beat softened cream cheese with Oreo crumbs until creamy.
Fold in red & green sprinkles gently to avoid color bleeding.

Step 3 — Roll into Balls

Scoop and roll into 2.5–4 cm truffle balls.
Place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
