    20-Minute Golden Quick Bread

    Ingredients for a Quick Homemade Bread:

    2 cups all-purpose flour (≈ 250 g) – the ideal base for a soft homemade bread
    1 tablespoon baking powder for a quick no-rise bread
    1/2 teaspoon salt balances flavor and texture
    1 tablespoon sugar for a golden and appetizing crust
    180 ml milk or plant-based milk for a soft bread
    60 ml olive oil or melted butter for a flavorful quick bread
    Utensils needed:
    Large mixing bowl
    Wooden spoon or spatula
    Baking pan or oven-safe skillet
    Parchment paper (optional)
    Oven or skillet with a lid

    Steps for a Golden Quick Bread:
    Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan-assisted) or 220°C (conventional). For skillet baking, heat over medium heat.
