8 oz cream cheese, softened

2½ cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

In another bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add the dry mixture and mix just until combined.
