Ingredients:
300 g beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
200 g egg noodles or rice noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Instructions:
Boil noodles according to package instructions until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Stir in garlic, onion, red bell pepper, and broccoli. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring often, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Return the cooked beef to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Toss to coat evenly.
Gently add the cooked noodles to the wok. Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through and well mixed.
Serve:
Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired, and serve hot!
Tips:
Slice the beef thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness.
You can swap in snow peas, carrots, or mushrooms for extra texture.
Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick!
