Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Fajita Rotini Pasta

Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
12 oz rotini pasta (uncooked)
2 cups chicken broth (add more if needed)
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 orange bell pepper, sliced into strips
½ yellow onion, diced
8 oz tomato sauce
1 packet fajita seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
1 – 1 ½ cups Gordos cheese dip (or any queso dip), for topping
Directions:
Place diced chicken, bell peppers, onion, and olive oil in the crockpot. Stir well.
