Ingredients:

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups chicken broth

1 (14 oz) can crushed tomatoes

1 (6 oz) can tomato paste

1 tbsp dried basil

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1½ cups uncooked rotini pasta or elbow pasta

Directions:

Place chicken breasts, onion, garlic, chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker. Stir well to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through. Remove, shred with two forks, and return chicken to the pot.

Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella until melted into a rich, creamy sauce.

Add uncooked pasta, cover, and cook on low for 30–45 minutes until pasta is tender.
