    Grilled Steak & Eggs with Zesty Avocado

This Grilled Steak & Eggs with Zesty Avocado recipe is the ultimate keto-friendly, low-carb breakfast idea perfect for fitness lovers, meal prep, or anyone craving a hearty, savory start to the day.

     

    Ingredients:

    For the Steak:

    ½ lb flank steak or skirt steak

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp chili flakes or smoked paprika

    Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Optional: squeeze of fresh lime for extra zest

    For the Scrambled Eggs:

    3 large eggs

    1 tbsp milk or cream (for fluffy texture)

    1 tsp butter

    Salt & pepper, to taste

    Optional: sprinkle of cotija cheese or feta cheese

    For the Avocado:

    1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

    Sprinkle of chili-lime seasoning or Tajín

    Crumbled cotija/feta cheese (optional)

    Minced onion or garlic flakes for extra flavor

     

    Directions:

    Grill the Steak

    Rub steak with olive oil, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side (medium doneness). Rest before slicing. This locks in juicy flavor with that perfect charred crust.

    Scramble the Eggs

    Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook low and slow in butter until soft, fluffy, and creamy. This classic method makes the eggs melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

    Season the Avocado

    Top your avocado half with chili-lime seasoning, cotija cheese, and minced onion for a spicy, creamy avocado twist.
