Healthy Hearty Cabbage Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
2 cans (14.5 oz each) stewed tomatoes
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix (any flavor)
1 large bunch celery, finely chopped
6 cups water or vegetable broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1-2 carrots, sliced | 1-2 bell peppers, chopped
Directions:
Prepare the Vegetables
Chop the cabbage, dice onions if using, and finely chop the celery. Slice carrots and bell peppers if you want extra color and nutrients.
Cook the Soup
1. In a large pot, combine the chopped cabbage, celery, stewed tomatoes (with juice), and Lipton onion soup mix.
2. Pour in 6 cups of water or vegetable broth and stir well.
