2 organic carrots, sliced

A handful of fresh sage leaves

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

Make the Bone Broth

1. Place the chicken carcass in a large stockpot and cover with water.

2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 4–6 hours, partially covered, to extract rich nutrients and collagen.
