1 lb ground chicken

½ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup milk

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp Italian seasoning

¼ cup chicken broth (or water)

¼ cup heavy cream

¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions:
