Ingredients:
4 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or multigrain)
1 ripe avocado
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (optional, for a fresh herby flavor )
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Combine mozzarella and cheddar in a separate bowl.
3. Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the other side of two slices.
