2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional for extra richness)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes until softened and golden.
3. Stir in minced garlic; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Season with Italian seasoning, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Let it cook 1 minute.
