Ingredients:
2 fresh lobster tails
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
- With kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell down the center. Gently pull the meat upward to rest on top of the shell for a restaurant-style presentation.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the garlic butter glaze.
- Brush the seasoned garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the prepared lobster tails on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
Pro Tips:
Pair with a juicy ribeye steak or filet mignon for a stunning surf and turf meal.
