Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
8 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Sauté the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Creamy Tuscan Sauce
In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Let it come to a gentle simmer.
