    Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs Recipe

    If you’re craving a hearty, comforting dinner, these Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs are your go-to recipe! Made with flavorful ground beef, seasoned to perfection, and simmered in a rich, savory mushroom and onion gravy, this easy crockpot recipe is a family favorite. Perfect served over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles!

    Ingredient:

    for Salisbury Steak Meatballs:
    1 lb ground beef
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    For the Savory Gravy:
    2 cups beef broth
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 cup sliced mushrooms

    Instructions:

    1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined. Form into meatballs.

    2. (Optional) Brown meatballs in a skillet over medium heat for added flavor.

    3. In your slow cooker, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch until smooth.

    4. Add onions and mushrooms to the slow cooker. Place meatballs on top.

    5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until meatballs are fully cooked and the gravy is thickened.

    6. Serve hot over your favorite sides like creamy mashed potatoes, steamed rice, or buttery egg noodles.
