Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs Recipe

Ingredient:
for Salisbury Steak Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Savory Gravy:
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined. Form into meatballs.
2. (Optional) Brown meatballs in a skillet over medium heat for added flavor.
3. In your slow cooker, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch until smooth.
4. Add onions and mushrooms to the slow cooker. Place meatballs on top.
