Slow Cooker Pineapple Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:
27 oz raw chicken breasts (3 Leaner Lean servings)
1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Pineapple Salsa (8 Condiments)
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or liquid coconut aminos (1 Condiment)
1/4 cup chicken broth (1/4 Condiment)
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken breasts, pineapple salsa, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), and chicken broth into your slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
3. Shred the chicken using two forks and stir to mix with the sauce.
4. Divide into 3 equal portions.
To Serve:
Serve each portion over 1½ cups of cooked riced cauliflower or any other approved low-carb greens of your choice.
