    Stir-Fried Bok Choy with Savory Ground Beef

     

    This quick and flavorful stir-fry combines tender-crisp bok choy with savory ground beef, garlic, and a rich umami sauce. Perfect for a fast weeknight dinner, this dish is packed with protein and fresh greens!

    Yields: 4 servings
    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Cook Time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    1 tbsp vegetable oil

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 inch ginger, minced

    1 tbsp soy sauce

    1 tbsp oyster sauce

    1 tbsp brown sugar

    1/2 tsp black pepper

    1 head bok choy, chopped

    2 tbsp sesame oil (optional, for extra flavor)

    Instructions:

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
    Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
    Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Stir well and let the sauce slightly thicken.
    Toss in bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted but still crisp-tender.
    Drizzle with sesame oil (optional) before serving.

    Serving Suggestions: Pair with steamed rice or serve over noodles for a hearty meal!
