Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Season the Cauliflower:
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

3. Roast:
