2 eggs
100g cheese, shredded
1 small potato, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tbsp oatmeal (finely ground)
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp Herbes de Provence
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Olive oil (for frying)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dried garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika
Fresh or dried dill, chopped
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Zucchini
1. Grate the zucchini and let it sit for 15 minutes to release excess moisture.
2. Squeeze out as much water as possible using a clean kitchen towel or your hands.
Step 2: Make the Mixture
1. In a large bowl, combine the drained zucchini, grated carrot, shredded cheese, minced garlic, grated potato, and chopped parsley.
