1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat and Prep:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Season and Cook Shrimp:

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and chopped shrimp. Mix thoroughly until creamy.
4. Stuff the Jalapeños:
Halve the jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds. Spoon the shrimp and cheese mixture into each jalapeño half, packing it tightly.
