    These Spicy Beef Dumpling Rolls are a delicious fusion of crispy texture and bold flavors. Filled with juicy ground beef, green onions, and a hint of chili, they’re perfect for spice lovers. The golden dumpling rolls pair beautifully with a tangy soy dipping sauce for an irresistible appetizer or snack. Ready in just 35 minutes, they’re ideal for busy weeknights or entertaining guests. Try this easy recipe for a satisfying taste of Asian-inspired cuisine!

    Ingredients:

    For the Filling:

    1/2 pound ground beef

    1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1 teaspoon grated ginger

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 tablespoon sesame oil

    1 teaspoon chili paste or chili flakes (adjust for your spice level)

    1/2 teaspoon sugar

    For the Dumpling Rolls:

    12 dumpling wrappers (round or square)

    Water (for sealing the edges)

    For the Dipping Sauce:

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 tablespoon rice vinegar

    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

    1 teaspoon finely chopped green onions

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Filling

    In a large bowl, combine ground beef, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, and sugar.

    Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly combined for maximum flavor.

    2. Assemble the Dumpling Rolls

    Lay a dumpling wrapper flat on a clean surface.

    Add 1 tablespoon of the beef filling in the center.

    Lightly moisten the edges with water, fold over the filling, and seal tightly to form a neat roll. Repeat for the remaining wrappers.

    3. Cook the Dumpling Rolls

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Arrange the dumpling rolls in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden and crispy.

    Pour in 1/4 cup of water, cover the skillet, and steam the rolls for 5–7 minutes, ensuring the beef is fully cooked and the wrappers are tender.

    Remove the lid and let the rolls crisp up for another minute.

    4. Prepare the Dipping Sauce

    In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes, and chopped green onions.
