    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    1 jar of spaghetti sauce

    8 oz cream cheese

    ¼ cup sour cream

½ lb cottage cheese (about 1 cup)

    ½ cup butter (1 stick)

    16 oz spaghetti

    Grated cheddar cheese

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Boil the spaghetti noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.

    2. Prepare the creamy filling:
In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth.

    3. Cook the beef:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain excess grease, and mix with the spaghetti sauce.

    4. Assemble the casserole:

Place a few slices of butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Layer half of the cooked spaghetti noodles on top of the butter.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the noodles.

Add the remaining spaghetti noodles on top, followed by more butter slices.

Pour the meat sauce evenly over the noodles.

    5. Bake:
Bake the casserole uncovered for 30 minutes.

    6. Add cheese:
Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    7. Serve and enjoy:
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve this creamy, cheesy delight!
