    Ingredients:

    For the Chicken:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    For the Parsley-Olive Sauce:

    1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

    1/2 cup pitted green or black olives, finely chopped

    1 tablespoon capers (optional)

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    1 teaspoon lemon zest

    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

    Salt and black pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Chicken:

    Mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

    Rub the seasoning mix evenly on both sides of the chicken breasts.

    2. Grill the Chicken:

    Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

    Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.

    3. Make the Parsley-Olive Sauce:

    In a bowl, combine parsley, chopped olives, capers (if using), olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes.

    Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    4. Serve:

    Arrange the grilled chicken on a plate and spoon the parsley-olive sauce generously over the top.
