    Luxurious Lobster Alfredo with Spinach

    Ingredients:

    1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped

    8 oz fettuccine pasta

    1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/4 cup butter

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Pasta
    Prepare fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    2. Make the Alfredo Sauce
    In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
    Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

    3. Combine Ingredients
    Gradually mix in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Add red pepper flakes for a touch of heat (optional).
    Toss in the chopped spinach and stir until it wilts.
    Gently fold in the cooked lobster meat and heat through.

    4. Assemble and Serve
    Toss the fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
