    Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken Recipe

     

    This Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken is a flavorful and easy dinner idea perfect for busy weeknights. With tender, juicy chicken thighs coated in a sweet and savory sauce, it’s a dish the whole family will love. Made with simple pantry staples like honey, garlic, soy sauce, and ketchup, it’s a no-fuss recipe with restaurant-quality results. Serve it over rice or alongside steamed veggies for a wholesome meal. This one-pot wonder is perfect for meal prep or when you want a stress-free dinner!

    Ingredients:

    4 garlic cloves, minced

    1/2 cup low-sodium ketchup

    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

    1/3 cup honey

    1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

    6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

    1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

    Instructions:

    1. Prep the Chicken: Arrange the boneless chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker.

    2. Make the Sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano, and chopped parsley until well combined.

    3. Cook: Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken thighs. Cover the slow cooker with a lid and cook:

    Low: 4 to 5 hours

    High: 3 to 4 hours

    4. Finish & Serve: Once cooked, transfer the tender chicken thighs to a serving plate. Spoon the rich sauce over the chicken and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
