This Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta is a delicious fusion of comfort food and classic flavors! Creamy, cheesy tortellini meets tender, seasoned steak with sautéed onions and bell peppers for a hearty meal. The creamy provolone and Parmesan sauce ties everything together perfectly. It’s an easy, one-skillet recipe ready in just 30 minutes, ideal for busy weeknights. Satisfy your Philly cheesesteak craving in pasta form!

    Ingredients:

12 oz cheese-filled tortellini (fresh or frozen)

1 lb sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper (green or red), thinly sliced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

1 cup shredded provolone (or mozzarella)

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Tortellini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook until al dente, following package directions. Drain and set aside.

    2. Sear the Steak
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak slices with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until browned and at your preferred doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    3. Sauté the Veggies
In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    4. Create the Creamy Cheesesteak Sauce
Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a simmer for about 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly. Stir in the heavy cream, then add provolone and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.

    5. Combine Everything
Fold in the cooked tortellini, tossing gently to ensure it’s evenly coated in the creamy sauce.

    Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

Enjoy this easy Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta for a delicious twist on a classic! Perfect for weeknight dinners, packed with creamy cheese and tender steak.
