Philly Steak Cheese Fries

Ingredients:
– 1 lb thinly sliced steak
– 1 tsp garlic salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 8-10 slices White American cheese
– 20 oz McCain Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries
– 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
3. Add the sliced steak, seasoning with garlic salt and black pepper. Cook until the steak is browned on all sides, then transfer it to a plate and set aside.
4. Discard all but 1 tbsp of the cooking liquid from the skillet.
5. Add the sliced green bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender but the bell pepper remains crisp, then remove and set aside.
6. Layer McCain Quick Cook Waffle Cut Fries in the skillet. Top with 4 slices of White American cheese, followed by a portion of the cooked steak and vegetables.
7. Repeat the layering process and top with the remaining cheese slices.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
