    Marry Me Chicken is a delectable dish featuring juicy chicken thighs smothered in a rich, creamy sauce. This recipe combines garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese for a savory, irresistible flavor. Pan-seared chicken is baked to perfection in a flavorful sauce that pairs beautifully with mashed potatoes. It’s an easy yet elegant meal perfect for any occasion.

    Marry Me Chicken Recipe

    Ingredients:

    – 6 Chicken Thighs
    – Seasonings: onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs
    – Olive oil

    – For the Sauce:

    – 2 tbsp Butter
    – 2 tbsp Fresh minced Garlic
    – 1/2 cup Chicken broth
    – 1/3 cup Heavy whipping cream
    – Sun-dried Tomatoes
    – 1 tbsp White cooking wine
    – 1/2 cup Fresh Shredded Parmesan or Italian cheese
    – Salt
    – Pepper
    – Italian herbs

    Instructions:

    1. Season the chicken thighs with your choice of spices, then pan-sear them in olive oil until both sides are golden brown. Transfer the chicken to a separate dish.
    2. In the same skillet, prepare the sauce by melting butter and cooking fresh minced garlic for about 3 minutes.
    3. Add chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, and heavy whipping cream to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, and let the mixture simmer.
    4. Stir in the cheese until it melts smoothly into the sauce.
    5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30-35 minutes.
    6. Serve this delicious Marry Me Chicken over mashed potatoes.
