    This 30-Minute One-Pot Creamy Chicken and Broccoli recipe is a perfect blend of creamy, cheesy goodness and wholesome ingredients. Packed with blackened chicken and tender broccoli, it’s a flavorful low-carb meal ideal for busy weeknights. The addition of ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and sharp cheddar creates an indulgent, comforting dish everyone will love. Quick to prepare and made in one skillet, it’s easy to clean up too! Enjoy this keto-friendly, protein-packed recipe that’s sure to become a family favorite.

    Ingredients:

    Tyson’s frozen blackened chicken strips

    Steam-in-bag broccoli florets

    Ranch seasoning mix

    Sour cream

    Cream cheese

    Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    Garlic powder

    Salt & pepper

    Avocado oil

    Instructions:

    1. Heat a swirl of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    2. Add frozen blackened chicken strips, cover the pan, and cook until softened. Remove the chicken, chop into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.

    3. Steam the broccoli florets according to package instructions. Drain, chop, and add them to the skillet.

    4. Add the following to the pan:

    1 packet of ranch seasoning mix

    4 oz of cream cheese

    2 oz of sour cream

    A handful of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    5. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir until everything is creamy and well combined.

    6. Serve hot and enjoy this flavorful, low-carb meal!
