    Hearty & Healthy Cabbage Soup with Ground Beef

    Ingredients:

     

    1 large head of cabbage, chopped

    2 small onions, diced

    2 cans stewed tomatoes

    1 packet Lipton onion soup mix (any flavor)

    1 large bunch of celery, finely chopped

    1–2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained

    Water

    Salt, pepper, and your favorite spices (garlic powder, chili flakes, thyme, etc.)

     

    Instructions:

     

    1. In a large stockpot, fill halfway with water and bring to a boil.

    2. Add the chopped cabbage, onions, celery, and stewed tomatoes. Let it simmer.

    3. In a separate pan, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain the excess fat.

    4. Add the cooked meat, Lipton onion soup mix, and desired seasonings to the simmering soup.

    5. Simmer for an additional 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

    6. Serve warm and enjoy every spoonful of this hearty, healthy cabbage soup!
