1 lb (500g) potatoes

1 zucchini

5 oz (150g) fresh goat cheese

3 eggs

3.5 oz (100g) shredded cheese (emmental or gruyère)

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
