    Zesty Salmon & Avocado Salad Bowl

     

    Zesty Salmon & Avocado Salad Bowl is a healthy and nutrient-rich protein bowl packed with grilled salmon, fresh avocado, and peppery arugula or mixed greens. This vibrant salmon salad recipe features a refreshing citrus vinaigrette and is perfect for a quick low-carb lunch, clean eating meal prep, or post-workout healthy dinner. Itโ€™s one of the best easy salmon recipes for weight loss and keto-friendly diets!

     

    ๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

    1 salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized strips

    1 ripe avocado, halved and diced

    2 cups arugula or mixed greens

    1 tbsp olive oil

    Juice of ยฝ lemon or lime

    Salt & freshly ground black pepper

    Optional: chopped cilantro, garlic powder, chili flakes

     

    ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:

    Cook the Salmon
    Season salmon pieces with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder or chili flakes. In a hot skillet, sear the salmon in olive oil for 2โ€“3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy on the outside.

    Toss the Salad Base
    In a large bowl, combine arugula or mixed greens. Drizzle with fresh lemon (or lime) juice and olive oil. Mix well to coat the greens evenly.

    Assemble the Healthy Salad Bowl
    Top the dressed greens with seared salmon strips and diced avocado. Sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper, chopped cilantro, or more chili flakes to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy this high-protein salmon avocado salad!
