This recipe is for a delicious cake with a coconut flavor. The dough is made by blending eggs, wheat flour, milk, sugar, melted margarine, grated coconut, and baking powder until smooth. The batter is then baked in a preheated oven until golden brown. Meanwhile, a syrup is prepared by boiling coconut milk, sugar, and grated coconut until slightly thickened. Once the cake is baked, the syrup is poured over it, allowing it to set slightly before serving. It’s a sweet and indulgent treat that’s perfect for any occasion!

    Yummy Cake Recipe

    Dough Ingredients:
    – 3 eggs
    – 2 cups wheat flour
    – 1 cup milk
    – 2 cups sugar
    – 2 tablespoons melted margarine
    – 50 grams grated coconut
    – 1 tablespoon baking powder

    Syrup Ingredients:
    – 200 ml coconut milk (equivalent to 1 bottle available in stores)
    – 1 cup sugar
    – 50 grams grated coconut

    Instructions:
    1. Blend all the dough ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth mixture.
    2. Pour the dough into a pre-greased pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    3. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup by bringing all the syrup ingredients to a boil, stirring until slightly thickened.
    4. Once the cake is baked, pour the syrup over it and allow it to cool for a few minutes until the syrup sets slightly.
    5. Enjoy your delicious cake!
