Wings In a Sweet and Sour Marinade

Wings In a Sweet and Sour Marinade

    Ingrédients:

    • Chicken wings-15 pcs

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    • 3 tsp honey

    • Lemon juice-1.5 tbsp

    • Tomato paste – 3 tbsp

    • Soy sauce-8 tbsp. l

    • Garlic-2 cloves

    • Ground red pepper

    • Black pepper/salt

    • Sesame seeds

    Preparation:

Wash and dry the wings. Cut each wing into 3 pieces (along with the tendons). Throw out the outermost flank. Put the other two in the pot. Do this action with all the wings. Add salt to the wings.

For the marinade, mix oil, soy sauce, honey, tomato paste, lemon juice, 2 grated garlic cloves, a few pinches of ground red pepper, and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the marinade over the wings, stir, and leave for 2-3 hours. This is enough time for the wings to be well marinated.

After 2-3 hours, place the wings on a baking sheet. A certain amount of marinade will remain in the pan – pour half of the remaining marinade over the wings a little on top. Then sprinkle the wings with sesame seeds. Place in a preheated 200-degree oven for 40 minutes.

After 20 minutes in the oven, lightly pour the remaining marinade over the top again. Bake for another 20 minutes, and our delicious wings are ready!
