Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat Oven Heat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Combine Wet Ingredients In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.

Make Batter Stir wet mixture into the dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples to create the apple fritter batter.
