3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
¼ cup granulated sugar

Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together 2 ¼ cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a soft, sticky dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes, adding remaining flour as needed, until smooth and elastic.
