Ultimate Tender & Juicy Meat!
Ingredients:
– 2kg Meat (your choice)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 stalks of celery
– 80ml vegetable oil
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 onions
– 1 carrot
– 1 sweet pepper
– 1 tsp salt and coriander each
– 1 tbsp wine vinegar
– 400ml water
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 600g potatoes
– 1 tsp salt
– Thyme and bay leaf
– 60g butter
Instructions:
1. Season meat with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil, sear meat until browned.
3. Add celery, garlic, onions, carrot, and sweet pepper.
4. Stir in salt, coriander, vinegar, water, and sugar.
5. Simmer covered for 2 hours.
6. Add potatoes, salt, thyme, bay leaf, and butter.
7. Cook until potatoes are tender.
