    Warm up your fall gatherings with this delectable Pumpkin Pecan Cobbler, a dessert that perfectly blends the creamy texture of pumpkin pie with the irresistible crunch of a pecan topping.     Ingredients:

    – 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
    – 1 cup granulated sugar
    – 1 cup heavy cream
    – 3 large eggs
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    – 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    – 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    – 1/4 teaspoon salt
    – 1 cup all-purpose flour
    – 1 tablespoon baking powder
    – 1/2 teaspoon salt
    – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    – 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    – 1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly combined.

    3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

    4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring just until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

    5. Pour the pumpkin batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

    6. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, and chopped pecans. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the pumpkin batter.

    7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cobbler is set and the pecan topping is golden brown.

    8. Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving. For an extra-special dessert, serve it warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
