    This Philly Cheesesteak Pasta combines the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak with the comforting goodness of pasta. Packed with tender beef, sautéed peppers, onions, and a creamy provolone cheese sauce, it’s the ultimate weeknight dinner. Quick and easy to prepare, this one-pan meal is perfect for steak and cheese lovers. Pair it with garlic bread or a fresh salad for a complete feast.     Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef (or thinly sliced ribeye steak)

    8 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or rotini)

    1 green bell pepper, sliced

    1 small onion, sliced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 cup beef broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 ½ cups shredded provolone cheese (or cheese of choice)

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Pasta:
    Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    2. Cook the Beef:
    In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef (or sliced ribeye) and cook until browned. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    3. Sauté the Vegetables:
    Using the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

    4. Prepare the Sauce:
    Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, then mix in 1 cup of shredded provolone cheese. Stir until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

    5. Combine Everything:
    Add the cooked pasta and beef back into the skillet. Toss until the pasta is fully coated in the cheesy sauce. If the sauce feels too thick, add a splash of beef broth or cream to loosen it.

    6. Top with Cheese and Serve:
    Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of provolone cheese over the pasta and let it melt. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
